I Forgot My Password

Don't sweat it. A study conducted jointly by MasterCard and the University of Oxford indicated that twenty-one percent of users forget passwords after 2 weeks, and 25 percent forget one password at least once a day. Everyone has password problems.

Right now, you need an administrator to reset your password for you. USMS-Track has to comply with NIST system security standards, and while it is not always convenient it is government best practice and we like to follow the rules. We are currently working on a high-security password reset process that will put the power in your hands, so just please bear with us while we make sure you are secure first and not inconvenienced second.
