If you are locked out of your account, you will need an administrator to reset your password for you. Please contact our help desk by phone, email, or chat, and someone will help you regain access to your account as soon as possible.
If you currently have access to your account and you want to or need to change your password, you can follow these simple steps below.
- From the main menu at the top of any screen, select Settings and Account.
- Once you are on your account page, the top most section is called Credentials. This is where your login information can be found.
- To change your password, input your current password in the Current Password field, and then input the new password that you would like to use in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Your password must:
- contain at least eight characters
- contain at least one upper case letter
- contain at least one lower case letter
- contain at least one digit
- contain at least one of the following special characters: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = .
- not have been used in the last 91 days
- Make sure that the checkbox that reads "Update user credentials on next save?" is checked.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit button.
- If your credentials have been successfully updated, you should see a green banner at the top of your screen that says "Success," and indicates that your user information has been successfully modified.
